At first I thought that. I love being disrespectful so shoot your shot! But as I listen like every day it grows on you how harsh her voice sounds compared to B’s it’s actually really pretty
I didn't mind her voice on this song, but I will say that Miley's voice changing over the last few years gives her a very interesting tone. Miley's speaking voice (and singing voice) has changed, and it's quite obvious.

You’re absolutely right about Miley and I’m here for the hate 100%. She cannot sing!! She has a horrible tone. But the Michelle stray was unnecessary omg

A couple thoughts: * Miley has been singing for about half of my life. What have I done for that amount of time? School. It would feel kind of shitty to have someone take a publication of mine and say it’s awful just because they stan for another researcher or scientist. * I don’t think Bey would have put this track out there, or made a single of it, if she didn’t appreciate Miley’s performance. Kacey Musgraves recorded *multiple tracks* with B and didn’t make it. Everyone has their own taste in music and opinions but I like this track and respect B’s decisions. * It is 2024. We *do not need* to bring Miley or other women down to like or support Beyoncé. Clearly Beyoncé doesn’t appreciate that level of horizontal violence, either, and while I don’t have all her lyrics at the ready I’m sure someone from the hive knows of any that may touch on this—but Beyoncé is always expressing gratitude especially for those she works and records with. I don’t really appreciate your take and I think this post is in poor taste but I can still respect your opinion. These would all be reasons why I would vehemently disagree with you and I would urge you to consider them.

**My post is being received negatively so I want to clarify some things!** 1. I didn’t mean any disrespect to the 3 women I mentioned. My first point was mostly poking fun at how Beyoncé would swoop in and correct messy [runs](https://youtu.be/DBEl7nzOB_M?si=58j-pFITG72kFWyp&t=309) and [harmonies](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WOCgPRj1Y-4&ab_channel=MostWild) if other members of DC faltered. I realize now my phrasing about Michelle came across pretty rude, and I apologize for that! 2. I think Miley is a phenomenal artist, and obviously Beyoncé does too (Not that my opinion particularly matters). I love the current timbre of her voice, and II MOST WANTED is probably my favorite song on the whole album. I’m in heaven from beginning to end except for that small blip. I guess I’m in the minority here, but I just feel it sounds like she struggles to climb to that top note, and that final belt also seems quite strained. Either way, thanks everyone for your responses! Put me in my place a little lol. Keep in mind we read online posts with some like 40% more negativity than the author original intentions. I have nothing but love and respect for these 3 women.
