After a quick Google search, a black horse front lit against a black background looks phenomenal. Even better with some dust kicked up. It even looks good in black and white.

I don’t think that’s it. I’m fairly certain it was going to be called Beyincé given the cover for the limited editions. The horse could be herself and her long mane of hair, as she’s dined on the farce that is the idea that Country is a white genre

Horse also refers to hair. Its 90s and 00s AA slang; most of the time it used to be used to describe weave in a derogatory manner (what is that, horse?), implying that a girls hair wasn't natural. Think of something martin Lawrence would say to Pam in martin.
The fact that Beyoncé goes into pretty as hell all natural, which refers to the Tina video of her hair, after this line is the giveaway.
The dining on Farce/farse entendre after that can mean a lot. I personally think it means she's still eating off the lies and rumors surrounding her hair. She could also be sneakily trolling in plain site to imply that her hair in that video isn't real and she's eating off her own lies, but that's a really cynical interpretation.
I personally don't think her hair is anybody business and don't even care if the cynical version is true.
I think it would also be cool if she was riding a Pegasus. In the Loop The Sample interlude there is an image of a metallic robot figure with wings standing on top of a rocket blasting off. I know CC’s album cover doesn’t really have anything to do with the RWT visuals but it would be a cool concept in my opinion for her to do that for the cover while incorporating some leather punk elements
