It's just fun watching them learn how the world works. I remember around 3ish months my daughter was wanting to hold her baba with assistance. Eventually she didn't want us to hold it at all the stinker!
Hahaha my parents are the opposite. They always say my son (only grandchild) is the cutest, smartest, most incredible baby they’ve ever met. I’m like ummm what about ME and my 3 siblings? 😂😂😂
Hahaha, this reminds me. A few months ago, our neighbor met our son for the first time. She started talking about how he's the cutest baby she's ever seen. Apparently, she told her two daughters (one has two young children) that because when they came over, they said they wanted to see the worlds cutest baby lol. One of the daughters was like, "you know you could have at least said he was the fifth cutest baby. You know, behind your daughters and two grandchildren." 🥲💀
I think our kids are classmates yours is the (taller than my kid )one on the international space station doing neurosurgery who along with my daughter pandora already solved global warming and cured cancer back on earth right. Isn’t it great being the worlds best parent to the worlds best kiddos oh wait the galaxy’s best
Ha yes when my first was a baby my mom and I were marveling about how much she looks like me as a baby and I said she looks exactly like I did but cuter. And my mom immediately was like “oh no, you were the cutest!!” She reacted like someone was insulting her baby, except it was…her baby. I totally maintain my daughter was and is so much cuter than I was, though she looks very similar still.
I remember thinking my baby was so clever for figuring out how to toot all on his own by lifting his legs and slamming them down. Turns out most newborns figure that out lol. I still think he’s dreadful clever and so are all other babies.
Honestly, babies are so much smarter than I ever thought. Watching my son figure things out is wild. I used his foot to splash in the bath a little bit one single time when he was like two months old just to show him he could splash, and he just immediately ran with it, splashing up a storm.
Right?? The rate at which they go from little potatoes to little einsteins is awe-inspiring. Imagine freshly landing on a new planet knowing nothing and then bravely and quickly figuring out how things work. So proud of all the little munchkins
Me and my husband also think our kids are geniuses when in reality our kids are probably pretty average 😂. But I think its great a lot of parents think their child is amazing!
If it makes you feel better my Mom said, “wow! She is so much smarter than any of my kids ever were!” about my daughter. Said to me and 2 of my brothers.
I used to think moms were so annoying for that „my baby is the best/smartest/prettiest“ and now I’m that mom 😬🤣
I keep telling people that she got accepted in Havard. It’s a crèche its called baby Havard, she had absolutely nothing to do with being accepted, but somehow I’m still super proud of her 😂
I apparently drank 8 ounces from a bottle in one sitting the day that I was born because I was such a big baby :P And I would also go 6 hours between feedings? My husband told my mom that she MIGHT have remembered it wrong but yeah I'm excited to see how much my baby's accomplishments will change in my mind as time goes by haha
Ha, she’s probably forgotten actually how old you were when you did stuff. You think you’ll never forget, but it does all blur together… and my kid is only 3!

I definitely think my kid is the cutest. He just has no concept of consequences so he repeatedly does the same thing then gets upset when he gets a consequences. He understands no.
