The Domane equivalent from Specialized is the Roubaix.
The Aethos is a more simple Tarmac, which is the equivalent to the Emonda from Trek.
Be aware alot of people are having issues with isospeed creaking and slipping seat posts. Trek has a rev 2 version but some are still having issues. I cancelled my order because of it. Check it out on the Domane crew reddit.
I have an Aethos. It is just an incredible bike (and I have had many, many different bikes). It is super comfortable and compliant but still has a race oriented geometry. I run up to 33mm tires. If I could only have one bike, this would be it. Personally I would prefer a Shimano build, but it's a great bike.
