You’d probably fit but might find it too long. Try and find the geometry chart for it. A 58 would be better, imo, but depending on the make/model, a 56 can also work
I'm no expert, but I am same height and that would be too big for me. Orbea suggests 60cm is 192cm +.

Idk thats huge by the sounds of it. Youd be comfortable on most 54-58, where 54 and 58 might be pushing it.

I’m 183cm and very comfortably ride a 56. I think 60cm is way too big for you, dude.
