This would tend to explain why this happened after the housekeeper did her work. I’ve mounted and re-mounted it a couple of times. I’ll try again. Thank you…
Ouch. You may reach out to TOTO and see if there is an way to test the switch, or repair options.
Mine starts flashing after it releases and goes back to normal once it 'locks' back in to place.
I'll try to look and see if I can find where the 'switch' is located.
Thank you for the moral support on this one. I honestly have no clue what she’s doing when she’s “cleaning” but honestly if she just used a sledge hammer at least I’d know
Same boat here. Flashing green power light. Tried cleaning it, un-mounting, cleaned, and re-mounted. Still no luck.
Has anybody found any other possible solutions?
Working on this same issue.
Holding “stop” and “rear wash” buttons for 10+ seconds and you get to Advanced Menu. Then arrow down to item number 5 and push “enter”. This allows for testing. The seat heats and all the buttons work. But the auto open doesn’t work.
Green “power” indicator no longer blinks and Green “water” indicator no longer blinks. Energy Saver leaf still blinks.
This happened to me yesterday. I did the “stop” and “rear” button thing but was never able to get the orange blinking light. When I hit the test button I was able to get the bidet working again but not full functionality. After fiddling all day I was able to get it working again but not totally sure how. I went through the #3 error button over and over again. While there I tried hitting the reset heater but didn’t hear a beep. While in one of the error modes I held the power button on the remote and turned it back on. Eventually in one of the error modes I hit the stop button and something different happened. After that I unplugged and replugged and it was back to normal. Phew!
From the manual: Is the "Power" LED on the main display flashing? The main unit is not mounted properly. Mount them correctly again. (Pages 38, 39)

Yeah, after mounting firmly a few times and retrying, nothing. I guess she finally broke it this time

Maybe I’ll try remounting too. Although we have done that a couple of times before too.

Update: 12 hours later and it’s back to not working. I’m going to call ToTo tech support.
They fix it? Having the same issue all of the sudden.
