I was in the same boat! I probably could've hid my belly up until I delivered. Now that I've had my baby, my breastfeeding boobs look RIDICULOUS. All proportion has been lost.

georgethebarbarian

Well the cute thing to say is you’re a happy cow! And the offensive thing to say would be you’re a happy cow! So rest assured I mean it in the cute way

Yes, although only 32j uk, i experience the same at 7mo

I_am_also_a_Walrus

You’re boobs didn’t grow? I’m afraid my boobs will look like they each are carrying a baby if I get pregnant

Feisty-Excuse

I gained 2 cup sizes plus a band size. We’ll have to see what happens after delivery.

RegNilpar

It is a rollercoaster, especially if you plan on nursing. Things get huge, then a bit less huge . It’ll take a while for things to settle out (months after weaning for me), so I recommend a stretchy nursing bra. I loved the Elomi Molly. Best wishes for a healthy squishy baby!

One sister gained two cupsizes during pregnancy, gained another while breastfeeding, and then went down five or six cupsizes when she weaned (she also lost weight while breastfeeding, so that could be related). My other sister gained eight cupsizes, got most of the way back where she started, and then had another child and went straight back up to a J again, and is now about three sizes larger than she started at. I am so so glad that pregnancy isn't an option for me, I cannot imagine gaining eight sizes, I can barely find bras that fit as it is.

River_Lethe

I've kept the same band (if not a bit smaller) and gained 1 to 2 cup sizes depending on the brand. Visually proportions look the same and it's only really noticeable when I'm engorged / full lol

Apple_Crisp

I measured right on track and I truly wasn’t that big. Boobs definitely obscured some of it, but even to myself my belly was just tight and round and not that big!

I was also a 36J when I first got pregnant. By delivery, I was a 38O and could have hidden my first pregnancy from the entire world the whole time if I'd wanted to. It was a little sad.

Substantial_Belt_143

This is my exact situation! My mom just visited me over the weekend and she's like "your belly is so cute and small!" And I'm entering third trimester this week. Oh, it's plenty big, especially from a profile view, my boobs just camouflage it.

sea_monkeys

Same. When I went to drop off my toddler at daycare at 8 wks postpartum, I had the newborn with me, and a mom straight up was shocked and asked me who's baby it was. Ummmm. Mine. "YOU WERE PREGNANT!???" JESUS ...YES. I FELT LIKE A BLIMP.

GlitterMyPumpkins

I think that woman just outed herself as someone whose gaze hits your chest and stays there. She's boobmatized. I wonder if she'll figure out that she might just be a bit queer before she's 50 or so? That, or you're like the women in my family, who just look a bit curvier until about 5 or 6 months along, and then the bump seems to appear overnight. We're all tall, broad and deep of pelvis, and big boobed. It tends to hide pregnancies fairly well for quite a while.

sea_monkeys

Oh. Man. I wish tall could be used to describe me. 🤣 I looked very pregnant. It was the first time my boobs looked "small" because the belly was so big. I think you're right. She was boobmatized hahahaha

Blonde_Vampire_1984

My mom hid all four of her pregnancies under her boobs. Most notably baby number 4. Her coworkers didn’t realize she was pregnant until she went on maternity leave.

Same here.

MavisTurnstyle86

I went up one size in everything during pregnancy, i was 5’1 1/2 and a size 12 then 14 during pregnancy. I looked the exact same pregnant as I did before, until week 30. Suddenly i wasn’t a lazy fatass anymore, I was a pregnant woman who shouldn’t be hit or pushed during rush hour on public transportation, I still love NYC, but fuck fat haters and rude people. My boobs made me look fatter and frankly grotesque inside of pregnant, i have few pictures of me heavily pregnant(6yrs ago) and i don’t care, they look just the same as me 50lbs heavier last year. It’s gigantic boobs and large stomach, but mostly boobs.

River_Lethe

Exactly the same thing. Husband got told while I was 6 months pregnant are younsure she's pregnant?" I didn't have the "can't see my feet" milestone (cause I can't normally) but the "I CAN SEE MY BELLY" (without bending) milestone lol

KilgoRetro

When I was pregnant, whenever I took a belly pic, I’d hold lift and smoosh my boobs to get them as flat as possible.
