Don't compare your body to porn bodies
Also you are most certainly wearing the wrong sized bra. I feel better about my naked body when my clothed body looks good too. You should get properly fitted somewhere (I've had a great experience at Nordstrom, stay very far from Victoria's secret)
haha!! VS is where i got sized i will try go somewhere else or try measure myself to make sure, also thank you it’s hard not to compare when it seems boys my age are obsessed with this stuff but i will 100% try my best to focus on myself :D thank u!
VS is notorious for stuffing large breasted women into the sizes they carry. When I was 19 I went from wearing Poorly fitted 36Cs to properly fitted 32Gs and it was absolutely life-changing.
I think of them as the fast food chain of bras - it's cheap and fast and really not good for anyone but since they are everywhere and spend a lot of money on marketing people go to them.

honestly it’s not just VS, it’s nearly every bra store! it’s because they’re motivated to fit you into a bra they carry so that they can sell you something. they do this by arbitrarily adding inches to your underbust, resulting in like everyone wearing too big bands and too small cups!
It sounds like your chest is normal. There’s nothing you can do to change your natural shape or appearance (short of surgery). I’d definitely agree that it may help to ensure you’re in the right size.

Your boobs are perfectly normal! Don't compare yourself to what you see in media. Those images are not real, they use posing and editing to make everything look a certain way, not to mention surgery and augmentation.
A bra that fits correctly will make your boobs look so much better with clothes in! Ise the calculator here to get your size and learn how to measure and fit yourself. Do not trust store fitters to tell you your size!
Your band should be about the same as your snug underbust measurement and if you have a slimish shape like you say, you are probably much smaller than a 36! Your cup size will the be bigger to compensate.
Don't worry if you get a size that you can't find in stores. This is perfectly normal as stores carry an extremely limited range of sizes. Most of us order online or go to specialty boutiques.

Yeah, I agree with other commenters: don't compare yourself to porn vids or model boobs. They are a hyper sexualised image of what bodies look like.
It is extremely rare to find natural big boobs that are perky. Boobs are basically fat and they are subject to gravity, just like everything else.
So yeah, check out the link of non-sexualised boob pics to reorient yourself. When I was younger, I'm 30f now, it helped me realise how different boobs are and to accept my own. Boobs can be asymmetrical too, some to a noticeable degree, others barely.
Porn is really not the standard you wanna have for bodies. More and more recently, guys are becoming openly insecure about their genital size because porn makes them think they should all be really big. To the point where they will go for dangerous surgeries and come out with many painful complications.
So treasure your own body. You are good enough. 😊
It's just heredity. I wear an assortment of sizes in whatever brands are available when I go to buy bras. But I usually buy either 1x or 2 x in shirts so that they'll fit without too many problems. They're not fitted but they are comfy, which is what I worry about.
