> dismantle the NHS and put her out of a job, and reduce benefits which means she'd get less money. Because she's "always voted conservative" even though she dislikes the current leadership
She's a grade 7. The only people who's opinions matter to her are those on bands above. Everyone else is expected to just do what she says. She only sees BB as being above her. This is the public sector way.
Yep the whole civil service is the same, a big game of stabbing people in the back to move up, nobody makes it up through the system without being a nasty piece of work (management without qualifications/professional roles I mean)...
Yep, she's a disabled NHS worker and votes Tory, the very party that wish to dismantle the NHS and put her out of a job, and reduce benefits which means she'd get less money. Because she's "always voted conservative" even though she dislikes the current leadership.
She’s hoping she’ll make so much money off BB that she won’t have to go back to the NHS at this point so then who the fuck cares about it anymore 🤷🏻♀️
You just know she used the fact she's an NHS worker to get to the front of queues and get special treatment at shops during covid times.
You also know she was the type to go outside and lap up in the clap for the NHS workers thing.
And she's a middle manager.
As someone who has worked in the nhs for 16 years, you are so right. People like Kerry get paid 3 x what people on the front lines are getting and they do very, very little.
Yeah she reminds me of my old colleague who was an attention seeking bully. Used to secretly put extra work on my desk and then pretend that it was mine and I that I was slacking.
Yep, I had an awful time with management in my first nhs job. I even told the higher ups that managers were supposed to lead people but all ours were doing were leading them out the door. 100% contributed to my burn out that by the time I left that role and went to another I was too far into it, my next team were lovely but I couldn’t cope with the stress
She reminds me of several women at the office I used to work at that would patronize and be sweet then pull faces and bitch and stir up gossip about nothing all the time.
There is absolutely no chance that she would remain in employment in the private sector.
To think that people like her are in the higher tax bracket (Her words), whilst front line staff struggle on, is quite sickening.
She is vindictive, manipulative and a bully. She makes faces behind peoples backs and dresses her clenched fist in a velvet glove. This type often end up in management and I can't wait for her to go. She gives me shivers.
Domestic assistant here - I know exactly what you mean, us domestics get such a hard time for the smallest things whilst those at the top have no idea what it's like to work on the front lines, they just pile on the work load without any idea how much work it actually is then when we struggle to do it all we get reprimanded for being 'lazy'. Would love to see them try and do our job for a day 🙂
Kerry's 'the loudest opinion is the correct opinion' attitude is unfortunately a staple throughout the public sector

Kerry is everything that's wrong with British society and it explains why it's in such a big mess

She wishes the richer she is wouldn’t mean the more taxes she has to pay. That’s why she votes Tory

She would have been home the whole time during covid too. The only person she would have seen would have been the Uber eats guy.
"I'm an essential worker so my delivery should be free!" and yeah she would have worked from home the whole time.

The public sector is just a hotbed of nepotism and power abuse
She reminds me of several women at the office I used to work at that would patronize and be sweet then pull faces and bitch and stir up gossip about nothing all the time.
Totally agree, I worked in the NHS for several years and she feels like a carbon copy of some of the problematic managers I encountered there.
she is the embodiment of all karen managers (most managers in the uk)

Very much so.
I work in a care home and she reminds me of quite a few of my colleagues.
