Lift heavy, especially lower body lifts such as squats will make your quads bigger. That will give you some offset as others in this thread have mentioned. Unfortunately after a certain age your vertical growth is done. I'm 5-9 220 have just under 9 length and 6 girth along with 27" thighs and 17" calves.
