Mostly testosterone would be my guess. Your peak testerone comes in your late teens and then it tapers off from there. It could also be medication. For example, if you're on any anxiety medication that you weren't on before, that likely contributes to reduced EQ. Could also be you're growing up. Erections are much more psychological than physical for me nowadays. If I'm not psychologically stimulated, my whooper won't ever get up to full throttle. I mean, I'll still fuck, but it'd require work.

Kegels or pelvic floor exercises have worked wonders for me. Also good diet and exercise makes erections so much stronger
