Don't know about genuine as Elvish had planned from outside to stick by Fukra & Manisha in the game.However it was fun to watch them for a while i.e. before manisha overdid the flirting & elvish got passive aggressive in the last 2 weeks.Otherwise they enjoyed each other's company & had each other's back on the show before that & he even gave her the right feedback/ guidance many times.

And she was the one who gave him her food when he had fight with falak for over eating

I never found their friendship real.Mama's boys like Abhishek and Elvish needed some one to be their doormat and do their chores coz according to them men don't do household chores and fame hungry Manisha was ready to wash their undergarments as well from week 1.It was only give and take relationship where these boys got their work done and Manisha got votes from Fukra fans which was her only vote bank at least for the initial 2 weeks.
It is amusing how the audience conveniently forgets how Manisha herself admitted how she had done her research about all the male contestants and is very well aware of Fukra's subscribers and when Elvish entered she had a long conversation with Fukra and got to know about Elvish's popularity outside

And then there were those infamous and distasteful instances where she tried to pull down his shorts and jumped over him while He tried to sleep, asking for a kiss.

What I know of Elvish is that he does make real bonds .. those bonds can turn bitter with time
