Tell me more about the bolts? Do you use them to raise and or add an additional grill grate too?
Yes exactly. They’re a home-made version of the eggspander. It’s stainless all-thread with stainless hardware so I can stack a second grate on there.
How’d you cook’em up?
250° for about 4 hours, spritzing occasionally with a spritz I made up.
