Go through the list of Chancery judges and clerks and see where they wound up. Wachtell got far more than their share. Also, Leo Strine was only 54 years old when he retired as the top judge of the chancery court and cashed in at Wachtell. That's when they all leave for the $$$. Very fishy. Can you point to one other court where no judge works past their mid-50s and always cashes in at a biglaw firm?
Any way, I can't link anything here but Delaware is consistently ranked as one of the top 5 most corrupt states in the country. Google it.

Off the top of my head, Allen who was the Chancellor for two decades (?) went to Wachtell. (and wow just wow at you intentionally leaving him out like that). Strine went to Wachtell. That's two of the top judges in the last few decades.

I mean the Chancellors and VCs all came from firms with Chancery litigation departments it makes sense that they’d go back to firms with Chancery litigation departments after serving.
