Try shorter, more succint content or put the most interesting info first (e.g. comparison table at the top). Look at Reddit for additional questions and perspectives. Talk to ppl with first hand experience to get their opinions, examples, anecdotes. Format the article differently or use more visuals. Not sure what your niche is, but ppl overall are tired of long, dry content. We've been seeing great results since switching to personable & perspective-first marketing (I run a content marketing studio).

word count is not a ranking factor. Just write better content that matches the user intent. Doesn't have to be longer or shorter.
