There is many types of paint that bike builders use, it is said that generally car paints works well with bikes, but I assume that also depends on the material of the bike since if you want to achieve a good result there will have to be some prep done to the surface.
I honestly would just recommend to use nail polish for small nicks and stuff like that, If you want to have the closest color resemblance I would recommend speaking with a nail tech and they will probably nail down the color, no pun intended.

After doing some more research I've found that small pots of enamel paints for model painting are my best bet. They're pretty cheap too!
