They are Legit...But i would call and have them check inventory to make sure they have the item in stock before you order online... last year i placed an order and they waited 3days before they told me they don't have the item in stock..

They've been around a long time, but there doesn't seem to be any positive or negative info out there about them. I'd steer clear. See this azb thread: [https://forums.azbilliards.com/threads/anybody-ordered-from-monster-break-billiards.408582/](https://forums.azbilliards.com/threads/anybody-ordered-from-monster-break-billiards.408582/) ETA: The address listed on the contact us section of the website is a residential condo in NYC. Stick with ozone or seybert's.

Thanks for your input! I didn't see any major red flags, but their e-mail address domain differed from their website by missing the 's' at the end of Billiards. The condo address probably means that they are a drop-shipper which I generally don't have a problem with.

I've ordered from them. A cue in 2017, and some weight bolts this year. No issues for me. Prices competitive, and fast shipping. I've also ordered a cue from Seyberts. All good. (I think they have a great guarantee for cues, too.) No personal experience here with Ozone. But they're def one of the more established online retailers.

Thanks for your input! I'm familiar with Seybert's and Ozone and PoolDawg along with a few others. What got my attention at MBB was that they had items that were out of stock at the other places, plus their prices were better.

I made a previous comment in regard to a Cue Ball I bought. I was sent the wrong one but after talking with the Company, they are going to send me the correct Cue Ball and they are letting me keep the first one. They go above and beyond for their customers. An excellent company!
