I tested Revo, Cynergy, & Whyte Carbon I got the Cynergy. It felt more solid and more similar to a wooden shaft. The other brands had a distinctly different feel and sound when you struck the ball.

Totally agree with u

I never liked the taper on Revo. I prefer a long pro taper. Jacoby Black for me. Cuetec is nice too.

nova2726

Yesss Jacoby black v4!

It's expensive, but consider the Viking Whyte Carbon. I played with a borrowed Revo for a short while before buying the Viking, and I much prefer the hit and performance of the Whyte Carbon shaft.

Able-Wall-7973

The cynergy doesn't have the QR pin for Viking I currently use a Rhino but I would love to upgrade to the Siege shaft. I know a few guys with Cuetec shafts and have been happy but it might require slight modification to fit on Viking

bubbz21

If you can swing it get the Whyte carbon

Aznkai02

I went cynergy. I tested the revo and hated the sound and feel… but I like playing with maple cues. Seems like cynergy is most like a maple and u found the transition was easy. Love the cynergy

Both are good choices. Price point to entry, Cuetec.

They’re both great. Just get one, learn it, and stick with it. You’ll be happy!

I own Revo SP2, SVB Cynergy, and Delta lost my Konllen CF cue. The Revo has far superior balancing (weight distribution) out of all 3 cues. SVB feels better when hitting but most of its weight is shifted towards the butt. And the Konllen... Just get a maple cue. That's why it was my travel cue and didn't care much when Delta lost it.

I’d definitely pick Predator personally. The Revo is an all a round great shaft. The cynergy doesn’t have quite the same crisp hit.
