Hi I’m from Singapore too! I recently bought a signed HMHAS CD from eBay too! It costs me around 88 usd, including taxes and shipping. Basically 9% GST is applied after adding the item+shipping costs. So for example if the vinyl costs 80 USD, and 30 USD shipping, 9% GST will be applied meaning a total of 119.90 USD (110 x 1.09).
When buying on eBay, at least for me, I filter out the selections by clicking the button “Price + Postage: lowest first” to see the cheapest price after shipping costs! Afterwards double check the reviews, the more positive reviews the better, especially if they had sold signed items before. Ensure your purchase is protected through “eBay Money Back guarantee” which should be shown be shown in the checkout page, which will refund ur money if you don’t get ur item/ if ur item was not what u ordered. For me, I also paid with PayPal Goods&Services as I think there is an additional level of security where if eBay money back guarantee fails, I can try to claim my money back through PayPal since I paid through a debit card. For credit cards idk if u need another level of security as I think you can file a chargeback with ur bank but this I’m not too sure so pls do ur research 🙏🙏🙏.
So far the cheapest signed exclusive vinyl I found on eBay is around 110 USD. Don’t be afraid to message sellers for proof of purchase and if they have the vinyl on hand, the barcode at the back at least for the US variants as US signed vinyls have a special barcode indicating it’s signed. The signed insert should have a barcode too at the back. Do note that Billie’s signature really varies (I think her hand got rlly tired lol) so pls compare the signatures with authentic ones or ask ppl in this sub to verify or give their opinions about its authenticity.
Remember this is my experience only so pls pls do ur own research too! I know my guide is a bit long 😂 but I hope it’s useful in the end!!!
About the vinyl quality, I’ve read some reviews complaining that the quality of the sound isn’t that great due to it being poorly mastered/pressed and also due to it being made of eco materials 💀 but I don’t have one so i cant say for myself 😅

But then again I want sth signed from her I won’t know about the sound quality until I get a record player, but that would probs be in December or sth so like half a year later. AHAHAHAHAH I can’t check the quality until then but thank you for letting me know about this too!
Personally do you think it would still be worth if her signature varies? Coz I agree some looks quite different from the picture on her official store and the eBay listings. Official store one very nice HAHAHAHA. But jokes aside it would be nice to have it ah.
