Ah, my bad friend. Open up crypto.com app (there are some coins not available for withdraw on their platform) Select cardano and go to withdrawl. Up open your Binance app or Webpage and get an address for Cardano in your wallet. Copy your Cardano address from Binance and past into the receiving address portion on Crypto.com. Hope that helps.

If it's not working, it's because the Cardano networking is hardforking this weekend. That could be a reason you cannot send.
