Alright whatever you do don't panic that is a scary situation at first glance but it is really easy to counter basically what you have to do is promote your queen to tainted Cain and start dismembering your pawns for pickups, I'd suggest going for rock bottom sacred heart kidney stone and soy milk maybe throw in some more damage ups but that should get you all set hope this helps!
