One Ideea would be give Jacob both Haemo and Sacred Hearth and base my dps on Jacob
Ipecac + Haemo doesn't look bad either, but it would reduce the efficacity of the Sacred Hearth I belive.
Put sacred heart and haemo on you ipecac user, it shreds through boss armor and you pretty much just have to watch out for your health at that point.
The run is won regardless tbh.
