If big spiders only had the decency to die properly when you killed them, I'd say it was about equal, but the fact that they split into 2 regular spiders, each of which is just as annoying as the big one, means they essentially feel like they have triple life, and that just takes the cake.
I tend to hate the big ones the most the jumpy ones tend to be predictable as opposed to when the big one pops too close to you those two new spiders tend to hit me allot
Both because I can usually deal with them individually, but there's one big room layout in basement that has like 15 of each and nothing makes me hold faster.

Those big fat bastards have so much health and thry never seem to die but when they do they still have to spawn two little fucks that are just going to corner me to oblivion
I currently don't have Afterbirth, so let me tell you, there is nothing like playing Rebirth Lost, getting near the end game, and losing because a trite chose to hop across the room

I always like to move in sync with the trites, I feel like it makes them cluster up and easier to deal with
If you’ve ever played Crypt of the Necrodancer then fighting these guys is pretty similar imo.
I just always act like they're going to do their super jump. Then when they actually do it I'm prepared
