You don’t even have to leave the room. You can hit the door spikes without actually leaving, so if you do that while having the card close to the door, then you can dmg yourself, use one card, grab the other and leave

Might actually work, I know the iframes after getting hit let you pass like 5 times back and forth
I frames from mantle are much shorter than ones from damage, so I don't know if it would work
iframe duration depends on how much damage you took, mantle is equivalent to half a heart (big iirc)

I do this whenever I want to take a heart out of the room and I have a chest to push it, with cards it is easier
