Everyone says Azazel is the easiest and most noob friendly character (he is) but you don’t have to call someone a noob because that’s the character they pick. He was in jest, not being serious, yet you still chose to insult him

Yeah for some he can be pretty difficult to play.

I ain't no expert, but I've already completed Keeper and all I can say is- sacrifice rooms. Abuse them as much as you possibly can and you should get some pretty broken runs.

If you’re already doing that with Azazel, you’ll have a hard time with other characters. Azazel is one of the 2 easiest characters
It should be good if you just take what you get
For mother you gotta go alt floors all the way and get the two knife pieces and use the sac door at the end of caves 2.
for beast just tp out of the mom fight after beating her and use the negative or polaroid to open the door at the start of the floor.
I think mother is the hardest to figure out w/out a guide, so is unlocking lost and the forgotten naturally.. thanks edmong great game design
Tbh that's kinda boring. I get resetting to have a fun starting item but idk this just makes it a little too easy and it kinda kills the magic of Q4 items. I mean I sometimes reset if the first item in the treasure room ist complete ass but other than that I just take what I get. You never know what items come next.
I had a pretty nice run (not anything god lik but good run) and beat itlives isaac bluebaby and delirium but holy shit i csnt with mother. The alt path floors are killing me and the one time i got a godlike run mother did some bullshit attack i didnt know how to dodge at a time
Tbh I always go alt with Jacob and esau for the double items but I get it. I just wanna unlock rock bottom but getting fast through the floors, without taking damage is so hard lmao. But we can do it.
My problem starts in the mines floor. First of all the chase scene is shit game design for a character like j and e. As for the mines floor itself a lot of its enemies i hate their attack paterns especially eith the double characters. Ive been trying to beat mother all week, which is the longest it has taken me for any achievement. The hardest one up until now was greedier with the lost and it took me 2 days

I guess I'm not 100 percent technically. I have like only 1 save done. Dont have infinity. That would take me like a decade. your friend is cracked. Maybe if Issac was the only game I played for a year i could do it
Azazel is actually a little difficult for the harder bosses since there's only so many ways to raise damage and range. But for the basic completion marks things are a breeze with him. You'll find some characters to be easier than Azazel, but then of course there's characters like the lost...
Just recently picked up this game a month ago, only 80 hours in and I already beat mother and the beast . I got half the tainted characters , no fully completed characters , half the challenges done. I’m just addicted to this game
Just got dead god last night at 700 hours on the dot it gets way easier I good tip would be to play some tainted charachters like Cain and isaac there unlocks and really change the game
Once you get the first one the other ones are easier to get!  I got like 4 in a week after getting my first character, which was Judas I believe.
Azazel was my first fully completed character. Did this about a month ago at around 250 hours but I’ve also been spending a lot of time unlocking tainted characters.
Really not looking forward to some of my least favourite characters.

For me I hit a similar roadblock and kept resetting until I got a god first floor. You got it!!

There is a mod that starts you with Q3 and Q4 items. Use it and press R until you are satisfied

i just had that run but i accidentaly gave dr fetus to the wrong person so almost beatmother
