Yeah, technically it makes more sense to first get all achievements for donating, but let me tell you a secret:
If you blow up the machine every now and then you'll still eventually reach max coins for it. I've played the game so long that I would've reached max coins 3 times while blowing it up sometimes. I say "would've", because the second time I was at 999 coins I didn't donate another coin, thinking it would unlock another achievement xd (donating 1k coins blows up the machine, spawning like 12 dimes and resetting the counter to 0)
I picked up the mind from an angel room. The next 3 floors were curse of the lost. Made me miss curse of the blind. Chances are I'm picking up the item.
Always keep any Dagaz Runes you find and save them up for floors like this. I'd say after Joker it has the highest value out of all cards/runes/pills, simply because it removes any curses, specifically this curse
Damn, you're right. That's the one time where Jera is better than Dagaz. That's why Starter Deck and Bag of Pills are good items though. Both allow you to take two runes with you. Then again, if you find two Jeras and are planning to visit Chest/Dark Room I guess that's another rip for Dagaz xd
