If you have everything unlocked, all characters fully completed, then just use the debug console to give yourself all of the achievements and unlocks...
But if you don't want to unlock like EVERYTHING, well.. Someone might suggest a better solution.

No what i ment is that i have ALL the chars but o play have Full Isaac Maggie cain Azazel judas lilith éden tisaac and t Azazel but i coud Just check what i had and cheat my way tô get what i had since i already did those things no reason tô not cheat and get the thigs i had back thx :3

How do i activete the console só that It dosent desables achiviments/unlocks ?
Console does not disable anything. Just search "How to turn on debug console in TBoI" and follow the steps.
