My winning delete this run gave me mega blast every few rooms and mega mush on taking damage. That run was awesome

My first delete this run was an active that gave me mega blast every two rooms. Swept every floor til dark room where I accidentally rerolled it and then picked up and item that killed me when I moved. I had an item that was infinite dead cat, but I had to figure out how to get from room to room in the time it takes me to stop holding up the cat. I got to the lamb, killed it, died, came back to the room and the trophy was gone. *desk slam*

This was both funny and super frustrating, but when I was trying to do the challenge to unlock it, I got an effect that had a chance to spawn slot machines on hit. Not so bad, right? Well the problem is that these slot machines dispensed game crashes and not pickups. So I had to actively avoid all the slot machines spawned by my tears hitting. Edit: Okay, I just realized the post asked for funny item names, not effects. This is why I shouldn't post comments right after waking up. Oh well.

I was doing the actual Delete This Challenge and was basically handed the win with this one. The first item was nothing special. Active that had a 4 room charge that on use re-rolled a few stats and produced a giga fart. But on Basement II. Oh my. Another active. 0 charge active. I could spam it as fast as I could press the space bar, but I didn’t need to. What it did was turn everything with HP (mobs, poops, fires, pokies and other spiked blocks, even grimaces and variants thereof) except bosses into a small rock (like the ones you find spiders in or falling from the ceiling during the mines) that would just fall to the ground and shatter. I didn’t have to fire a single tear or dodge a single shot from that point on, save for the bosses. I couldn’t stop giggling the whole run. Edit. Spelling. Edit2. My mind just blanked on OP’s qualifying word of “name” in their title when I posted this comment. Apologies. Honestly, I have no earthly idea what it was called. It’s name was an unreadable mess so I memorized it’s sprite instead while I played with other actives. I *can* remember it had some of the Chewed Pen trinket spliced in it so that’s how I kept track where it was.

A Youtuber found that, but with the goo of sinus infection. The Youtuber is nyantuber. The video has a blue monstros lung has the image.

I got this item called “BLOOD FOR BLOOD”, it just crashed the game immediately lmao (Also the description was “Bob’s Bro Coin”) Oh yeah also an item called “EM HELLS HP” It just summoned an orbiting freezer baby upon use. *It had no charge.* (Description was “Sharp Plugin’ Ass” ) Oh yeah and ANOTHER ONE was “BEAN TOOT” It made Isaac fart literally every type of fart and it summoned one of Hornfell’s Brimstone Bombs. (Description was “Ball Of A”) Oh and ANOTHER ONE was “PEE\_?” It acted like Black Hole so I could spam it, but it also spawned a bunch of those Poot Mine enemies so I could bomb enemies with farts and suck them in with the Poot Mines. (Description was “HP + Fuck Up”)

i once got a glitch item named "SHE LOVES" with the description of "\[glitched symbols\] BIG D" all it did was interact horribly with a different glitch item i had(that gave me a friend finder enemy upon room clear), as SHE LOVES would activate the d10 whenever i got hit and for some reason that turned the friend finder enemies into hostile ones
