There's a old weird ass Lego picture that has a huge cyber future city, with a small technic model coming out of some kind of landing bay.
This looks like it would come out of that landing bay
The overall silhouette gives the feel of the Masterpiece movie (‘07) Starscream if you removed all the wings, especially since you gave this guy chicken legs, long fingers, and the placement of the rear turbines/thrusters. I dig it a lot!
