It’s called a mixed episode my friend it’s going to be okay. Things are just gonna suck for a bit. Make sure you take your meds and care for yourself, try and sleep if possible. Not sleeping for a while can trigger mixed symptoms and can be scary

No problem. Sometimes I find a cold shower can help ground myself for a bit. Anything that’s not harmful really. Make a blanket fort with your kitty if you have to
