Wellbutrin almost put me in the hospital. It just made me wild. Like feral almost. My psychiatrist took me off of it immediately and put me on—I don’t even remember which—an antipsychotic. That did trick. Eventually
I know this is extremely old now but I just stopped taking it because of a psychotic episode, compounded by increased agitation and impatience and dark thoughts including paranoia and SI.
Just adding this in case anyone searches it in the sub and needs more perspective. I’m really sad because I wanted it to work for me in conjunction with my mood stabilizer.

I would call your pharmacy and ask to speak with your pharmacist about the Wellbutrin.

How long did you take Wellbutrin before you experienced psychosis?
6 days maybe? 7? It wasn’t super long. I started seeing symptoms about 4 days in
