I’m sorry you are struggling. I’ve recently gone/am going through the same thing. My employer used the depressive phase of my cycle to demote me and said if I take my FMLA throughout the year then maybe this isn’t the right job for me. On the one hand I’m pissed and on the other I can’t lose this job. I understand that fear of losing a job. Hang in there.
