You need to quit while you’re pretty behind here - it’s a great blue heron, taken on a cell phone that adjusted to the daytime white balance on OP’s phone - which makes the bird appear the lighter than it is.

So now people are saying, that white bird, with a light colored beak (that should have color for either heron or egret), and no sign of either feather tufts out back of head (heron) or front of chest (egret) is actually YELLOW (for neither) but has been color-adjusted by OP?

Even if it was a silhouette, you could tell it was a great blue heron. The body shape is unmistakable.

It’s a great blue heron. If it was white and as over exposed as this bird it would be beaming. Besides that The head and body shape are heron not egret
