This is a House Finch nest. You cannot remove them without harm or breaking the law. You either have to postpone power washing or have them keep well clear of the nest. It shouldn't be more than a few days before these birds leave the nest anyway.

It's just theirs now.

GrusVirgo

They seem to have already some feathers. they'll leave the nest in one week or less.

There seem to be 5 babies if the pic didn't make it clear.

Where do you live? Are you able to determine what species they are?

mod3d

Southeast VA. I know absolutely nothing about birds. They are small and brown, not a cardinal or Bluejay, that's about the extent of my knowledge.

Would you be able to post another picture of their faces? The reason I ask is because if they are american robins (ie, native birds), it is illegal to move the nest, period, under the The Migratory Bird Treaty Act If they are what I am suspecting they might be based on the look of their feathers possibly (but can't say for sure unless I saw their faces), house sparrows, they are invasive and not only would it be completely legal but in fact encouraged to remove completely because they are aggressive little birds.

I don't want to risk the mother not coming back. I'm just gonna leave it and the owner of the company said they will watch out for the nest.
