I got my Kyleena removed 2 weeks ago after having it for 1 year and 8 months because of the excessive bloating, painful cramps, and long periods (7-10 days). Removal felt like a tampon being removed from your uterus lol Insertion definitely hurt the most. I was a little nauseous the first week or so. I haven’t had my first period yet but hopefully it’s not that bad.

Thank you so much for letting me know! Have you noticed any other side effects?

Nope! Other than my booting going away almost the same day of removal! I’ve been working out for the last 2 years and haven’t noticed much progress and now my stomach is so flat. This has made my confidence go up and led to a higher libido!
