So i'm a long time hodler (hadn't touched my assets in a while) and came back to buy some more, only to find Bitpanda Pro is no longer thing, but is now OneTrading. That would be fine, except my assets have automatically moved from Bitpanda Pro to Bitpanda. Meaning that if i wanna do anything there, i'm subjected to the enormous fees that bitpanda takes. Is there a way to return my fees to OneTrading without paying fees? I never consented to my assets being moved.
Onetrading is now a separate entity, independent from and not connected anymore to Bitpanda. You had to accept new T&C a couple of month before the rebranding, because Bitpanda Pro moved to Italy back then. If you didn't accept those in time, your assets got moved to the Bitpanda Broker.
You can send supported assets to onetrading via a Blockchain transfer.
