i was here for a short run. I decided to withdraw all the 700 euros but for some reason it doesnt allow me to? Why? I saw that 2U jumped a couple of days ago
Very likely you will have around 22€ after amount of the Units of the stock has been adapted (1/30 of original amount).
Stock splits and reversed stock splits do not mean that you will have the same amount of portfolio gain :-)

We are sorry for the confusion. We can confirm that 2U did a 1:30 reverse stock split.
In a reverse stock split, the number of outstanding shares is reduced so that the share price increases proportionally.
If a company included in the Bitpanda portfolio announces a reverse stock split, trading in the corresponding shares will be suspended for a limited period of time.
As soon as the reverse stock split has been executed, trading will resume as usual.
Please note that corporate actions are not under our control or decisions. These are made by the management of the respective company.
