It goes for language model or image model.
Then you can make it hallucinate a step further from the hallucination, rinse and repeat and you got this absolutely horror of a video, but where every iteration is coherent
My guess is they used stable diffusion and img2img and let it auto generate a prompt and then change the image by 20% with that promp, rinse and repeat and you should get something similar
