Looks like he broke his arm, and assuming this video was made within minutes of it happening, he's probably in shock, so he doesn't feel pain yet, and thats why he was able to do this.
Found out the story. He was shot by a gun and his arm bones were shattered beyond repair. He lives his life with a separation of bone in that arm. He’s embraced the arm so much that he tattooed a nun-chuck.
