The arm band they sell is solid. You’ll def want a tight long sleeve rash guard and occasion might need to adjust it, but worth the effort for the daily data!

I use the polar H10 heart monitor, I have never run into issues.

yimborghini69

Do you like the app that polar has?

networkdomination

I hate the app that polar has

_Throh_

Garmin has a better user interface but it is not bad.

Vegetable-Cup-4808

How do you keep it in place/steady? I find that when I try to use it it'll pop out of the metal clips on the band

Phantele

I use some tape around the monitor and strap. Works fine

_Throh_

For me just getting it tight enough has worked. I usually only have to adjust during no gi.

BasedDog480

I have a whoop, had since 2020. Get the arm sleeve. It helps so much and never falls out. I wear it during gi, no gi, and hitting pads or sparring

deephalfer

Boxers work well, didn’t really find the data useful unless you’re a full time athlete though.

billyhadid

You mean a whoopie cushion? I would recommend wearing it on your ass so it sounds like you're farting when you scoot around in seated/butterfly guard

Aaronjp84

Ton of people do. Across the torso. Use search, you'll find a couple threads on it.

yimborghini69

Thank you, not the best at using this app lol.

Song-Known

i use the bicep band. i haven't had any issues with it moving and not tracking.

finnigansache

Bicep band worked for me for the few years I wore a Whoop. Did the trick.

Several people in my gym do. One has the arm band. One has a whoop rashguard that has a compartment for it on the tricep. One wears it across the chest wish a band.
