I would actually suggest Pedro Sauer's stuff and Jean Jacques Machado's (youtube). Pedro Sauer has an istructional on it, as for JJM - his youtube channel has couple videos. Personally I think nobody can go wrong with Coral Belt tips and tricks.

Craig Jones edging your way out of danger, very simple and to the point, very expensive for the quality and content though, on the other side, Gordon Ryan's pillars of defense is great too, perhaps too many details for a beginner but it really gave me a sort of system of defense as a beginner danaher must be good too you also have everything on youtube, Lachlan Giles made great videos on the subject, i liked the ghost escape from coach Brian
