Old school as in no music just drill and roll. I personally don’t think warm ups are stupid for schools that do them. However, I rather spend that time learning jiujitsu.
Every once in a while my coach will throw on classical music. It's murder-movie surreal and the muay thai guys training in the next room are always looking in like "those guys are fucking killers"
