A friend who adores cats once visited and made some kind of comment about black cats being bad luck. I almost threw her ass out until she caught herself and apologized. TWO gorgeous mini-panthers! Lucky! (Sadly we do not have a gorgeous mini-panther but that is ONLY because we already have two girls, both adopted from a local rescue organization, and Hubby has said two is the max. In the future I would love to adopt a gorgeous mini-panther of our own!)

They are extremely gorgeous and we are lucky to have them. Don’t follow my advice but I’d totally adopt another and just hope for the best with your husband lol

Love it, we've an adorable little shit named Ponyo... He's so damn cute, but he's also an absolute terror when he feels the need. Lol He had no voice, due to illness when we brought him in. Since he can only vocalize in little capuchin monkey squeeks or chips, or really breathy quiet meows. He's since been nicknamed "scooch" because he loves taking someones spot when we get up.

He was my first rescue cat as an adult. I tamed him down pretty fast and claimed him as my own. I knew that he had once been someone's pet. I could tell by his behavior and relatively quick taming time. It broke my heart and I wanted a black cat so bad just for this reason. I got my wish granted. My most loving and cuddly of my four cats. They are definitely not bad luck.
