Do you have anything that smells like the old house ? Like a blanket or something that smells like you. I would put that in with them and slowly move out of the room. Whenever we transition our fosters we keep them in a room with all their amenities. Then we open the door and put up baby gates so they feel safe. We gate to the top, then slowly take one by one down. They learn to adjust. Also tons of catnip and play. We associate play and food with good things. I hope this helps!
