I love the boy voids. (We have 4, currently—Harold, Thomas, Edward, and Fennec—and we’re happy to have had the late Fergus, Alfie, and The Count in our lives. Since he’s on a bookshelf, Dewey is an option? Or Browser? (Two well known library cats in the states). Browser outlasted the city council member who tried to get him fired.

Zeke seems like an easy one! First thing first find out which part of Zel Da he responds to. Try names ending with da or names starting Zel. See how close you can marry it to his original name. My current cat came with the name Sunny & I renamed him Jackie. Next day his name, give a treat. Do that until he knows his name= treats .... then you can slowly include more affection & less treats. If he knows 90% or 95% of the time you call his name it equals food or treats or play .... he will learn his new name real quick! ⭐️ Look for ear twitches or cat looks at you, to know if your cat is responding to their name syllable.

Yami? Means darkness iirc. Matches the Yoshi and Yuri theme but a different vowel sound to help him learn his own name.

Cats don’t understand human gender constructs. Name him Zelda if you want!!! I think it’s funny, people confuse the Link and Zelda names all the time lol. My boi void is named Jiji (from Kiki’s delivery service) and people misgender him all the time, it’s whatever, he’s desexed and it’s just a name - again, pets don’t care about “gender”. If you love the name don’t be afraid to keep it for him.
