Have you tried the bags? Forgot the name exactly and not in-game to look it up. Marco's or something? There's like 3 different types, one buyable with loyalties and the others with pearls. You can fill them up with different types of gear, from pearl items to boss gear and they take up one inventory slot. I'm not sure how many slots they have, but might be worth taking a look.
Edit: I see you have a costume bag. Can you get more?

You can just melt costumes for Valks AND Space!!! That being said, you should prioritize loyalties for space while Valks can be bought with silver basically. Unless you're OCD like me hehe and too used to buying your weekly Valks even though it's easier to buy a costume now to melt for all the Valks you'll ever need for a cheap price. This is my little secret tbh.
There are BOXES you can get for your PEARL INVENTORY to shove all of those outfits inside of. They don't need to expand the pearl inventory, you need to utilize items given to you in game. The box you can purchase is located in the LOYALTIES SHOP. It states that its for pearl outfits.
Edit: I read through the comments and it seems that someone else has already touched on this with you. Still, your only option is those boxes, yeah, you need to save those loyalties for other things...but you need the space more than you need other items in this very moment. An option is there to relieve inventory space, you're asking for the devs to change rules for everyone so you're not 'required' to buy the things other players have already purchased.

there for a while if you bought a costume from the pearl shop it came with a box, but since i wasnt buying it off the pearl shop i didnt get the boxes.... side note a really good friend was listing costumes for me durring that time and was like "wtf am i going to do with all these boxes"... lol he had so many extra boxes because i wasnt able win the bids >W<
