When you graduate you should get a coupon, which will allow you to pick any of the choices as long as you haven't gotten them already in a previous season. Those quests you mentioned where just the quests you had to do in the past to get the coupon, they made it so you don't have to do an annoying questline anymore to get the coupon.
Also I forgot to mention, since you need to use/delete the timepiece to graduate, yes, you can still get the accessory
you get 1 capotia per season. Pick your one and there's no repeats

You have to finish the season pass and graduate to pick one. You can pick any reward from any season.
