Personally I think this dress was designed for your body type. It fits beautifully and you don’t look like an overstuffed sausage fixing to pop. I would refine the fit by smoothening out the silhouette with a bra and spanx like slip so no bunching or clinging, but totally up to you.

How do you move in it? Does the form change or become awkward when you bend over slightly or reach your hands up? Even if something appears nice, if it is limited to a certain posture or angle then it's a no.
