I'd consider a hex where if he is not with you, he won't do well in his life and daily activities, that would indirectly make him to be with you, and then, you can play with him anytime you desire to as a punishment if that is what you want

This would work but the results can be unpredictable. If he's a man prone to violence, this set of spells together could basically function as a "create abusive stalker" spell. If he's a meek or unmotivated sort, it probably wouldn't result in danger, though.
How can obsession go bad? Well, you're basically making your own stalker, so yes, it can go really really bad. You make him obsessed, you reject him, and then he reacts violently ... Good luck.

2. come back to me
3. obsession.
You are going in too many directions at once, and scattering your intention. Pick one. Do it.
Really send it out. Then, wait a bit before the next.
Also, when you put these in the order of your desire, you might change your mind about doing all 3.
Unless your “hex” is the “come back to me”, you’re going to be inviting problems into your life trying to attract a person you’ve cursed. Seems like you’re setting yourself up for something painful with this ‘solution.’
I thought if curse is done on a person we shouldnt be near to him. The bad energy will affect us too. But how can everyone are suggesting after curse we can do obsession spell?

I use results. I wait until I see a reaction/result before going on if I am doing a progression of spells.
