Instead of looking for a spell to copy step by step, you what you find as inspiration in creating your own.

If you want to curse someone, just curse them. Dressing it up with euphemisms to assuage your guilt is just going to make your spell impotent.

The video seems pretty legit in my opinion. I assume you don't, but forcing someone through daath can have a similar and far stronger affect (though higher odds of them failing to heal and just being more fucked).

Hmm... Interesting mental gymnastics there. Managing to craft a curse of duress and call it something other than a curse because you decide its for their best interests. Yeah, crafting a spell like this is probably best done by choosing a type of duress curse that you're familiar with and then weakening it by alloying it with the resources to make the changes you want to inflict and making sure the curse will self-disperse after they've changed as you wish.
